- remove site Portuguese mangas PunchMangas and ADD site MangasProject;

- fix problem open manga from widget or links;
- add save sort direction and filter options for each manga;
- add option “Not update completed manga series”;
- performance optimization;
- rebuild index for all sites;
- bugs fix;
